The thing that sets David apart from most other agents is his willingness (even eagerness) to go the extra mile to see that both the buyer and the seller are satisfied with the transaction. We bought a house through him a few weeks ago and then he helped us sell our existing home, and in each case he was literally hands-on, including such unexpected items as vacuuming kitchen drawers, replacing garage door insulation tiles, replacing HVAC filters, spreading dirt around the foundation, etc. We’ll be referring him to everyone we know.
